About the role
Air Aroma is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sales Assistant to join its Australian sales team. You will provide proactive, detail‑oriented support to senior consultants, helping to keep projects on track and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Nurture and expand existing client accounts, maintaining relationships with prestige‑level clientele.
- Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities and generate new leads.
- Respond to inbound enquiries, meet with clients, and educate them about Air Aroma’s products.
- Manage the full sales cycle from introduction through closing and strategy implementation.
- Collaborate closely with senior sales consultants to drive growth across multiple industries.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, including lead follow‑up and pipeline support.
- Comfortable engaging with clients at all levels, up to the C‑suite.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a task‑driven, detail‑oriented approach.
- Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities within complex organisational structures.
- Tenacious in following up leads and meeting sales targets.
