About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless branch experience, helping customers meet their end‑to‑end financial needs and guiding them through digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer transactions and provide advice across a range of banking products.
- Conduct needs‑based conversations to identify and fulfil customer financial goals.
- Educate customers on digital channels and promote the use of technology.
- Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.
- Support bank programmes and initiatives that drive customer engagement.
- Maintain compliance with ANZ policies, procedures and risk requirements.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus with a retail banking background (advantageous).
- Comfortable using and promoting digital banking channels.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
- Willingness to coach peers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
