Assistant Manager – Operations (Part‑time/Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Wangaratta team on‑site. The role can start as part‑time with the possibility of becoming full‑time, supporting daily operations and project delivery for our high‑pressure misting and fog‑cannon systems.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operational activities to ensure efficient performance.
• Coordinate with team members to optimise workflows and project implementation.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
• Identify and drive process improvements across manufacturing and installation activities.
• Support staff management, including task delegation and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise a team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with staff and clients.
• Problem‑solving mindset with analytical decision‑making abilities.
• Adaptability to embrace new technologies and innovative solutions.
• Relevant experience in management or operations, preferably within misting, cooling or related technologies.
• Degree or equivalent experience in business management, operations or a related field is an advantage.
