Service Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to deliver high‑quality repairs, diagnostics and preventative maintenance on aerial work platforms and related equipment. The role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring warranty compliance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs, diagnostic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to OEM standards.
• Provide after‑sales support, manage warranty repairs and process claims.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and submit it on time.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and suggest technical enhancements.
• Assist with any additional technical tasks as required.

Required profile

• Mechanical field trade qualification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of servicing experience with aerial work platforms.
• Current driver’s licence and ability to travel interstate.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated with proven time‑management and the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Elevated Work Platforms.
• Fault diagnostics and use of diagnostic software.
• Forklift operation (license desirable).
• Ability to operate and maintain service vehicles.
