Agitator Driver – Innisfail

About the role

Drive and deliver concrete using an agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials in Innisfail. The role combines safe vehicle operation with high‑level customer service, acting as the face of the business on each delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Operate an agitator truck to make multiple deliveries each day, often starting between 2 am and 7 am.
• Interact with clients on‑site, providing courteous service and representing the company’s brand.
• Maintain accurate load records and use provided technology to map routes and monitor deliveries.
• Complete a 10‑day training program before independent operation.

Required profile

• Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) licence – essential.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
• Strong customer‑service attitude and enjoyment of meeting new people.
• Commitment to keeping the truck clean and presenting a professional image.
