Agency Marketing Manager – Scaled Growth (GBM)

About the role

The Agency Marketing Manager will partner with the Scaled Growth Agency Sales team to accelerate agency expansion on TikTok. This individual contributor role focuses on deepening existing agency investments and acquiring new agencies, driving revenue growth through scalable marketing programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Book of Business penetration programs to activate more advertisers within managed agencies.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives for new agency acquisition aligned with global strategy.
• Plan and deliver TikTok‑owned agency events such as Agency Day, Top Table, and Showtime.
• Scale matchmaking and co‑growth programs that connect agencies with advertisers.
• Drive executive‑level engagement for Tier 1 agencies, including early product access and beta opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional/global marketing, Marketing Solutions, and Agency Sales to tailor strategies and educational assets.
• Define success metrics and measure impact against expansion and revenue goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B, integrated, growth, or agency marketing.
• Proven track record developing and executing programs that drive growth and revenue in partnership with sales.
• Experience managing cross‑functional initiatives across Sales, Product Marketing, Enablement, and regional teams.
• Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and execution capabilities.
• Data‑driven decision making using business metrics to evaluate marketing impact.
