Talent Acquisition Partner - Retail

About the role

A leading organisation is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Melbourne CBD team, working within a two-person TA function. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across retail support centre and corporate functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure high-quality talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from brief through to offer and acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver strong hiring outcomes
• Manage candidate sourcing, assessment, interviews, references and offers
• Build trusted relationships with candidates, stakeholders and recruitment agencies
• Support onboarding and key employee lifecycle activities
• Maintain recruitment systems, reporting and hiring metrics
• Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvement and candidate experience initiatives

Required profile

• 2-4 years of recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience
• Genuine interest in building a career in TA
• Retail experience is not essential; candidates from other sectors with strong recruitment fundamentals are welcome
• Organised, commercially minded and highly accountable
• Confident managing multiple vacancies and stakeholder priorities
• Strong communicator and relationship builder, detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment, curious and collaborative
