About the role

CITIC CLSA is looking for a Supervisory Analyst, Research in Sydney. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and business rules, brings financial rigour and brand integrity to research products, and helps analysts communicate their messages clearly. It combines compliance oversight with editorial work on reports.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Handle business requirements for every report and uphold house style.
• Liaise with analysts across the region to strengthen the impact of individual reports.
• Work with the production team to ensure quality, timeliness and accurate distribution.
• Rewrite copy and add a creative touch to printed report titles and executive summaries.
• Take part in ad hoc projects that improve the readability, visual appeal and commercial impact of publications.

Required profile

• Degree or above; a Supervisory Analyst (Series 16) qualification is essential.
• At least 10 years' industry experience.
• Online and print media editing experience is beneficial.
• Exceptional English and a high level of numeracy.
• Keen eye for detail, confident in offering rewrite suggestions and précis copy.
• Solid team player who is also self-motivated and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Aptitude in design areas.
