Supervisor

About the role

ADCO is seeking a Supervisor to join its team on new‑build commercial projects across Australia. You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure safe, coordinated, and successful delivery of site works in line with ADCO’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review project documents, specifications and drawings to develop practical delivery plans.
• Ensure subcontractor management plans meet safety, quality, methodology and resourcing requirements.
• Facilitate site set‑up, maintenance and day‑to‑day coordination of activities.
• Implement and monitor the short‑term look‑ahead program for project delivery.
• Manage subcontractor performance and oversee defect‑free handover.
• Compile quality documentation from subcontractors and ensure all deliverables are ready for practical completion.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar supervisory role on large commercial building projects (up to $200 million).
• Completed at least 3–4 new‑build commercial projects.
• Trade background and/or relevant construction qualification.
• Demonstrated IR experience and ability to drive a strong HSE and QA culture on site.
