State Sales Manager – Urban Channel

About the role

We are looking for a State Sales Manager to lead business development and account management for the Urban channel across the state. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will drive revenue by building strong relationships with builders and merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, management, and coaching to the State Sales team.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify and grow new partnerships and key opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
• Lead and coordinate the team to achieve sales targets.
• Liaise with Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor competitors and contribute to market strategy.
• Maintain strong internal relationships and keep knowledge up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years sales experience in building, construction, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of the residential building market.
• Proven leadership and relationship management abilities.
• Initiative, problem‑solving ability and customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Willingness to travel as required.
