Senior Workspace Experience & Operations Manager

About the role

JLL is hiring a Senior Workspace Experience & Operations Manager for its Australian portfolio. The role is the operational second-in-command, owning day-to-day onsite operations and service delivery across two commercial office locations, and overseeing regional offices and retail branches. It is hands-on and site-led, deputising for the WE&O Lead, ANZ as required.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational point of contact, manage stakeholder relationships and escalate issues, and support the WE&O Lead with reporting on performance, risks and outcomes.
• Manage vendor performance, SLA compliance, cost control and procurement governance.
• Deliver service at two commercial office sites and oversee regional and retail sites, keeping Standard Operating Procedures up to date and responding to critical incidents.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, engineering, environmental and statutory requirements, and maintain asset registers, maintenance programs and service contracts.
• Support workplace experience, employee engagement and critical environment management, and drive continuous improvement and audit support.

Required profile

• 5+ years in integrated facilities management, workplace services or property management, including leadership or management experience.
• Experience with financial services clients or highly regulated environments.
• Demonstrated operational risk management, compliance and health and safety leadership.
• Experience in critical environment operations, commercial office management and retail facilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Australian Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and standards (essential)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills with C-suite executives and vendors
