- Partner with Credit on policy such as peak debt, end debt, serviceability and valuations, and with Engineering, Design, Platform, Operations, Distribution and Compliance to deliver on time.
- Take part in solution design: process flows, wireframes, prototypes and user stories, and break initiatives into smaller releases.

- Clear communication with brokers and executives, and a proactive approach to ambiguity.
Required skills
- Must have specific experience with bridging loans; otherwise you should not apply.
- Bonus: experience with bridging, equity release or specialist lending products, and exposure to Jira, Trello, Notion or similar.
What we offer
- Extra days off: birthday leave, Kudos leave and an additional day of paid leave for life events or mental health.
- Two weeks of remote work per year from anywhere.
- Training and development budget and internal learning programmes.
- Generous parental leave and discounted gym membership.
