Sales Operations Manager

About the role

As a Sales Operations Manager within efm Logistics' New Business team, you will bring structure, visibility and consistency to the national sales function. Reporting to the EGM‑New Business, you will oversee pipeline management, reporting, Salesforce administration and process governance while supporting the sales team to improve conversion and maintain momentum across the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the national New Business pipeline, ensuring opportunities are accurate, up‑to‑date and progressing.
• Run regular pipeline reviews, follow up stalled or at‑risk opportunities and highlight priorities and risks.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, including board‑ready materials on pipeline health and performance.
• Own Salesforce as the single source of truth, maintaining data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Identify and implement improvements to sales conversion, pipeline velocity and the customer journey.
• Support tender and RFP management, maintain a central library of sales collateral and coordinate customer meetings and events.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Commercial Operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities through data.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Experience working closely with Sales, Implementation and Account Management teams.

Required skills

• Salesforce administration and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
