Property Manager

About the role

A recruitment agency is looking for a qualified Property Manager to manage residential real estate in and around Werribee suburbs. The position suits people with property management experience who want to advance their careers, and fluency in another language is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain residential real estate in and around Werribee suburbs, covering property operations, maintenance of physical properties and service delivery.
• Manage the company's property portfolios.
• Sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals, and maximising deal opportunities to gain market share from larger competitors.
• Maintain accurate records of lease and prospecting activities, including lease calls, presentations, closed deals and follow-up.
• Consult with clients and recommend the company's solutions to their business issues.
• Attend meetings and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry as a Property Manager.
• Superior management skills, with a proven ability to lead, guide and motivate oneself and others in a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective communication with senior executives, client agencies, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Professional presentation.
