In-Store Mortgage Broker - Werribee

About the role

Aussie, part of Lendi Group, is recruiting a full-time in-store mortgage broker for its Werribee retail store. Aussie brokers help Australians find, buy and own homes, and the company is growing across the region. The broker manages walk-ins and in-store appointments and guides customers through the home loan journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage walk-ins, online leads and in-store appointments with high-intent customers
• Contribute to local area marketing initiatives in the community
• Guide customers through the home loan journey from search to settlement and beyond
• Submit deals to the in-house processing team, which handles the admin
• Earn referral income from buyer's agents and conveyancing through the expanded offering

Required profile

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain one before starting (support provided)
• Background in sales or customer service roles
• Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of the retail store
• Passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
