People & Culture Advisor

About the role

A large, well-regarded regional organisation based in Bendigo, with a significant workforce and a strong presence across Central Victoria, is looking for a People & Culture Advisor. The role provides expert advice and consultancy to managers and staff, working in partnership with them to build tailored, people-focused solutions that support workforce capability, inclusion and long-term outcomes. It is open to part-time or full-time arrangements, with compressed hours and a working-from-home option.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support and advice on employee and industrial relations matters.
• Partner with managers to deliver tailored people solutions.
• Promote consistent interpretation and use of policies, protocols and systems.
• Support employee relations and industrial relations initiatives.
• Capture and monitor data to drive service improvement, and analyse it for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proactive and knowledgeable professional with a passion for people and culture.
• Experience in employee relations.
• Strong understanding of workplace policies and systems.
• Committed to creating a supportive and positive work environment.

What we offer

• Pay of approximately $120,000 plus superannuation and salary packaging.
• Part-time or full-time arrangement with compressed hours.
