About the role
This part‑time Office Coordinator position supports the day‑to‑day operations of a not‑for‑profit organisation in Sydney CBD. You will work across administration, operations and people‑focused initiatives, enjoying a four‑day week with Fridays off.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the wider business.
- Manage meeting scheduling, supplier relationships, office resources and general team assistance.
- Assist with onboarding, employee administration and internal People & Culture processes.
- Support staff engagement initiatives, events, training sessions and wellbeing activities.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations and aid project coordination as required.
Required profile
- Experience in reception or office coordination with an interest in People & Culture.
- Ability to work dynamically across a variety of tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Dependable, approachable and known for adaptability.
- Strong administrative, attention‑to‑detail and organisational abilities.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive team culture and workplace experience.

What we offer
- Four‑day work week (Fridays off) with a salary of $75,000 for 4 days ($94,000 FTE) plus superannuation and bonus.
