About the role
This position offers the opportunity to work on complex disputes across insolvency, class actions and high‑value commercial litigation within a respected global law firm. You will collaborate closely with clients, counsel and experts on a broad mix of contentious matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage insolvency and restructuring disputes.
- Lead class action proceedings.
- Handle commercial litigation and shareholder disputes.
- Assist with regulatory and investigations‑related matters.
- Participate in court proceedings, mediations and negotiated resolutions.
- Draft pleadings, evidence, correspondence and legal advice.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong drafting, research and analytical abilities.
- Confidence in client interaction and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Proactive, commercial mindset and team‑focused approach.
