About the role
Make every interaction count by supporting clients with genuine care and confident communication. As a Home Support Assistant at Carinity in Lawnton, you will provide customer support within the Homecare Contact Centre, helping residents live with dignity, comfort and connection.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and manage enquiries and referrals from customers and referrers.
- Check and process invoices for accuracy and payment.
- Enter and maintain client data in information systems.
- Assist the Home Support Coordinator with daily administrative tasks.
- Present information in an engaging and responsive manner.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably in healthcare, NDIS or aged care.
- Ability to handle confidential material responsibly.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Certificate.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer tools.
- Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety procedures for office environments.
