About the role
The Food & Beverage Attendant will be at the heart of the guest experience at the brand‑new Parklands Social: NY Deli & Grill. You will help shape the venue’s culture and service standards from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a genuine smile, take food and beverage orders and deliver them with confidence.
- Prepare and serve a range of drinks, including coffee, cocktails and other beverages.
- Maintain the restaurant and bar areas, set up and clear tables, and ensure public spaces look their best.
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider F&B team to ensure smooth service and support hotel‑wide events when required.
Required profile
- Warm, friendly and positive personality with a genuine love for hospitality.
- Ability to stay calm and organised during busy service periods.
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to get involved in all aspects of service.
- Interest in food and beverage and a desire to learn and develop skills.
