About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to senior stakeholders within a small, close‑knit team of a larger organisation. The role is hands‑on and office‑based, requiring the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality and support executive meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, coordinate and distribute meeting agendas and supporting documentation.
- Attend meetings, record accurate minutes and transcribe them for executive discussions.
- Process and distribute meeting outcomes and resultant actions.
- Provide general administrative support including document preparation, filing, correspondence and data entry.
- Ensure all work complies with organisational policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Significant experience in executive‑level administration or a similar role.
- Proven ability to take detailed minutes.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Effective teamwork within a small team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn office systems.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Communications, Business Administration) is highly regarded.
