About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded growth operator to scale lead generation for our marketplaces and finance businesses through organic channels. You will work across performance marketing, AI‑assisted content, conversion optimisation, retargeting, demand generation, funnel experiments, marketplace growth, buyer psychology, market insights and product development, reporting directly to the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute performance‑marketing campaigns.
• Create AI‑assisted content that drives engagement.
• Optimise conversion funnels and retargeting flows.
• Generate high‑quality demand and improve conversion rates.
• Run funnel experiments and build scalable organic growth systems.
• Analyse buyer psychology and market insights to inform product development.
• Maintain an organised roadmap and own its execution.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of funnels and conversion.
• Passion for rapid testing, data‑driven planning and AI tools.
• Ability to spot customer friction and growth opportunities.
• Desire for ownership, impact and fast‑paced execution.
