Content and Digital Strategist

About the role

Warner Music Australia is looking for a Content and Digital Strategist to shape the online presence of its domestic artists. You will design and execute content plans that turn casual listeners into loyal fans, working closely with discovery, creative, and PR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop bespoke Artist‑Generated Content (AGC) strategies aligned with each artist’s creative identity.
• Plan and launch agile digital marketing campaigns across social platforms.
• Monitor trends in local culture and translate them into actionable ideas for artists.
• Analyse campaign performance and ROI, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Collaborate with A&R, creative, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
