Customer Service Specialist

About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers and café partners, handling enquiries, orders and solutions across multiple channels while working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, SMS, social media, web portals and other platforms.
• Process and manage customer orders, returns and account requests, ensuring accurate entry and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions within CRM systems and generate performance reports.
• Support Sales and Marketing teams with CRM administration, reporting and campaign tracking.
• Coordinate special ordering periods, customer communications around holidays and operational changes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Customer Success or Account Administration.
• Outstanding communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
