Customer Service Representative (Christmas Casual)

About the role

Tip Top, part of George Weston Foods, is hiring a National Customer Service Representative for a 16-week Christmas casual contract from November 2026 to February 2027 (dates to be confirmed). The role is based at the Chullora Bakery and becomes hybrid after training. The person handles customer orders and enquiries during one of the company's busiest periods.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately
• Answer customer enquiries by phone, email and digital channels in a professional, timely way
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Work with Sales and Supply Chain teams to investigate enquiries and give customers timely updates and solutions
• Support new customers through onboarding until their first order

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication, clear, professional and empathetic
• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences
• Problem-solving, organisational and multitasking skills
• Confident handling of several systems and priorities in a fast pace
• Team-first attitude and willingness to keep learning
