Banking Consultant – Part-time (Narrabri)

About the role

ANZ is seeking a part‑time Banking Consultant to join its Retail Banking team in Narrabri. You will deliver a seamless branch experience, meeting customers’ end‑to‑end financial needs, advising on digital solutions and fostering strong advocacy for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a seamless branch experience, handling transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital education.
• Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team.
• Drive customer engagement and advocacy, contributing to branch performance targets.
• Participate in bank programs and initiatives.
• Maintain a risk‑aware understanding of customers and ensure compliance with ANZ policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, preferably with retail banking experience.
• Ability to conduct needs‑based conversations and promote digital banking solutions.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality service and representing ANZ positively.
