Area Manager - Regional Victoria

About the role

Goldfish Real Estate is looking for result-driven Area Managers to help expand its network across the Melbourne CBD and Regional Victoria, covering locations such as Gippsland, Pakenham, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, Echuca, Mildura, Wodonga, Swan Hill, Wellington and Horsham. The Area Manager commands their own territory, builds their team and brand, and reports to the OIEC.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold the company's mission, values and vision in serving clients.
• Build, develop and lead the team.
• Develop a business plan, run meetings and set up KPIs, then monitor, report on and analyse performance against them.
• Prospect, appraise, list and sell property.
• Plan, budget and execute market-centric campaigns, and assist with the sales campaign process from start to finish.
• Manage the customer database and take part in scheduled management, network and extraordinary meetings.

Required profile

• Agent Representative Certificate.
• Certificate IV in Property Services (highly preferred).
• Estate Agent License (highly preferred).
• Minimum 2 years' experience.
• Current police check record and a driving licence with a reliable vehicle.
• Sound knowledge of industry acts, legislation and compliance.
