Visual Merchandise Coordinator

About the role

Arc'teryx is seeking a creative and commercially‑minded Visual Merchandise Coordinator to support its ANZ stores from Sydney. You will translate global brand standards into compelling in‑store experiences, travelling regularly across the northern region to ensure visual storytelling aligns with seasonal launches and local market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute monthly visual merchandising plans that reflect seasonal storytelling, product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Lead visual merchandising for new store openings, including layout planning, fixture placement and product presentation.
• Conduct regular store visits to coach teams, elevate execution and ensure compliance with VM guidelines.
• Analyse sales and store performance data to identify visual opportunities that drive guest engagement.
• Partner with Retail, Operations, Allocations and VM teams to optimise product flow and presentation.
• Adapt VM strategies to local trends and store‑specific opportunities while maintaining brand consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of visual merchandising experience in apparel retail.
• Strong understanding of premium retail environments and guest experience.
• Creative eye with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly across multiple stores and states.
