Trainer & Assessor – Early Childhood Education

About the role

The Australian Institute of Early Childhood Studies (AIECS) is seeking a self‑motivated Trainer and Assessor to deliver high‑quality training for early childhood education and care. You will work from home, travel to childcare services across South/West Brisbane for onsite sessions, and attend the RTO office in Shailer Park monthly.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with students and prospective enrolments.
• Facilitate student progression through regular contact and timely query assistance.
• Mark and process assessment submissions in line with RTO policies.
• Support implementation of training package updates across all courses.
• Provide onsite training at childcare services throughout South/West Brisbane.
• Visit the RTO office in Shailer Park on a monthly basis.

Required profile

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) – candidates currently working towards this qualification are encouraged to apply.
• Self‑motivation and ability to travel regularly across the designated region.
