School Officer – Administrative & Customer Support

About the role

We are building a pool of School Officers to provide high‑quality administrative and customer‑focused support across Ocean Reef Senior High School. The positions can be permanent or fixed‑term, full‑time or part‑time, and will cover the 2026 school year through Term 2 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑desk reception and general school administration.
• Support finance, human resources, student services and attendance processes.
• Assist corporate services functions as required.
• Maintain accurate records using Department of Education systems.

Required profile

• Professional, adaptable and committed to excellent service.
• Positive, solutions‑focused mindset with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Student Information System (SIS), RM Finance, RM Billing and Compass.
• Previous school‑based administrative experience is highly regarded.
