TPRM Advisory Senior Specialist – Third Party Risk Management

About the role

The TPRM Advisory Senior Specialist joins a cross‑border team within ANZ’s Procurement Governance division. You will support the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Advisory Team by triaging control assessments and providing specialist advice throughout the TPRM service delivery lifecycle. This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Docklands, Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily pipeline of TPRM assessment work and support triage processes.
• Collaborate with TPRM Control Assessment Teams and Risk Domains to resolve complex TPRM queries.
• Maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders and third‑party partners, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the third‑party management lifecycle.
• Partner closely with the TPRM Advisory Senior Manager to enhance operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering TPRM operational excellence across the third‑party lifecycle.
• Knowledge of ANZ’s TPRMHub operations and end‑to‑end TPRM processes.
• Background in risk operational delivery within finance or banking, using Scrum methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence for agile project management.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior leadership and meeting agile milestones.
