About the role

Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead to drive innovative solutions for its clients in Sydney. The role blends hands‑on technical work with leadership, ensuring that teams deliver high‑quality, scalable digital products that leverage cloud and AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and deployment of technology solutions for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimisation and adherence to security standards.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including cloud platforms and AI services.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and report status to senior management.
