Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Clinical Recruitment

About the role

National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead clinical recruitment across its 111 practices nationwide. This initial six‑month fixed‑term role offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing: develop sustainable pipelines of passive dental talent beyond traditional job boards.
• Stakeholder partnership: act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and recruitment guidance.
• End‑to‑end ownership: manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of dental roles, ensuring a premium candidate experience.
• Conferences & events: represent National Dental Care at industry conferences and events to attract top talent.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment track record with a head‑hunting mindset; healthcare or dental experience is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SmartRecruiters (integrated with Xref, DocuSign, and interview self‑scheduling).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Premium Talent Search.
• Familiarity with Xref and DocuSign platforms.
