Supply Chain Manager – Autonomous Vessel Manufacturing

About the role

Ocius Technology is scaling the production of autonomous Uncrewed Surface Vessels for defence and civilian use. As a Supply Chain Manager you will lead the transition from R&D to full‑scale manufacturing, ensuring a resilient supply chain that supports production, maintenance and delivery of these vessels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a continuous‑improvement culture across procurement, inventory and supply‑chain processes.
• Develop and maintain ERP‑based supply‑chain workflows.
• Partner with operations, production and engineering to align supply‑chain capabilities with business targets.
• Build, mentor and grow a high‑performing supply‑chain team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 3‑5+ years managing end‑to‑end procurement and supply‑chain activities.
• Proven experience developing supplier relationships and managing contracts.
• Demonstrated supply‑chain risk‑management expertise.
• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain an NV1 security clearance.
