About the role
Grapevine, a social‑first FMCG agency, is seeking a Social Media Manager to own day‑to‑day account management and shape content strategy across TikTok, Meta and other platforms. This part‑time, flexible position offers high impact work with leading Australian food and drink brands.
Key responsibilities
- Lead content delivery and execution on TikTok, Meta and additional social channels.
- Translate trends, insights and briefs into social‑first concepts that cut through.
- Oversee creation of lo‑fi, creator‑led and foodie content.
- Manage influencers and UGC campaigns from start to finish.
- Handle paid media spend and optimise performance.
- Write sharp, platform‑native copy.
Required profile
- 3–4 years experience in a social, content or digital agency.
- Strong instinct for what works on TikTok and Meta.
- Ability to move quickly from idea to execution.
- Confident client management and project tracking.
- Understanding of how content drives engagement and commercial outcomes.
