About the role

Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to drive transformative technology strategies for its clients in Australia. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to capture, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring seamless delivery of ServiceNow solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and source‑to‑target mapping documents.
• Conduct As‑Is and To‑Be process analyses to identify improvement opportunities and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops with business, technology, operations, and product teams to align requirements and delivery objectives.
• Manage requirements traceability, change control processes, and ensure alignment between business needs and solution design.
