Service Advisor – Customer Service for EVs

About the role

Join Tesla Motors as a Service Advisor in Adelaide, supporting customers of one of the world’s most progressive vehicle brands. You will be the first point of contact for owners, providing timely assistance and ensuring a high‑quality service experience for electric vehicle owners.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails and drive‑ins, responding to customer concerns within five minutes.
• Determine whether issues can be resolved remotely and promptly escalate complex cases to the Shop Foreman or Service Manager.
• Accurately record all customer interactions and vehicle data in the Dealer Management System.
• Process transactions, guide customers through service corrections, and provide clear summaries.
• Communicate estimated completion times, give regular updates, and coordinate vehicle delivery or pick‑up.
• Follow up after service to confirm customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn new automotive technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building cooperative relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate daily records.
• Valid driver’s licence with a safe driving record and at least two years of driving experience.
