Senior SEO & GEO Specialist

About the role

First Aid Pro, a national leader in accredited CPR and first aid training, is looking for a senior, hands‑on SEO & GEO Specialist to join its on‑site team in Gold Coast, Queensland. You will own the SEO function, working closely with development and content teams to build scalable, AI‑driven search programmes across multiple health, safety and training brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage national and local SEO for several brands, including GEO, AEO and AI‑search optimisation.
• Design and implement entity schema and structured‑data architecture.
• Develop and maintain programmatic SEO at scale in collaboration with developers.
• Oversee technical SEO, internal linking and content strategy.
• Create AI‑assisted workflows using Claude Code, Codex and MCP integrations.
• Report performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush and Ahrefs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior‑level SEO experience.
• Strong technical, local and on‑page SEO expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with GEO/AEO and AI‑search optimisation.
• Proven track record of programmatic SEO projects delivered with developers.
• Ability to translate SEO strategy into developer‑ready requirements.
• Experience with Claude Code, Codex or similar AI workflows (preferred).
• Experience in the training or education sector is a plus.
• Based in Gold Coast or willing to relocate.
