• Mentor and develop junior recruitment staff, fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes for better outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the public sector.
