Senior Project Manager – High-Profile Data Centre Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to own major, technically complex projects from pre‑construction through to delivery and handover. The role focuses on high‑profile data centre, fit‑out, refurbishment and commercial construction projects within a leading national head contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead major projects from pre‑construction through to completion.
• Manage programme schedules, procurement, commercial performance and delivery strategy.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and lead Project Managers, Site Managers and broader delivery teams.
• Deliver services‑heavy projects in live environments, ensuring technical and safety standards.

Required profile

• Senior Project Management experience within a head‑contractor environment.
• Strong background in fit‑out, refurbishment or commercial construction.
• Data centre experience highly regarded.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and programme management capability.
• Proven ability to lead teams and build strong client relationships.
• Familiarity with systems such as Procore and Jobpac is advantageous.
