Senior Project Manager – Fit-Out $5m to $20m+

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑specification commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects valued between $5 million and $20 million. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, profitability and client satisfaction across multiple concurrent sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, budget, schedule and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, track milestones and enforce quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Document and resolve quality concerns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 10‑15+ years delivering fit‑out and refurbishment projects for top‑tier contractors.
• Proven leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Strong knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
