Senior Manager – Non-Financial Risk Systems

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the design and delivery of its Non‑Financial Risk (NFR) platform, NFRHub. You will translate risk strategy into a practical roadmap, ensuring data and reporting meet regulatory and board requirements while supporting executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of NFR systems, data and reporting across Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
• Convert risk strategy into clear roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Optimize resourcing and build a cross‑skilled, flexible team that can pivot across systems, data, reporting and delivery.
• Champion innovative, fit‑for‑purpose solutions to improve speed, resilience and user experience.
• Provide enterprise‑level accountability for system performance, resilience and evolution.
• Partner with Technology and Enterprise teams to deliver controlled enhancements, integrations and automation.
• Uphold robust NFR data governance standards, including ownership, quality, lineage and security.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale risk or data platforms in a regulated environment.
• Strong product management and delivery expertise.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of building high‑performing teams.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of non‑financial risk management concepts.
• Experience with enterprise data governance and reporting frameworks.
• Knowledge of system integration, automation and data quality assurance.
