About the role
Join Tabcorp as the Senior Manager, Customer Growth and become the face of the brand in the market. You will lead a team of customer‑growth professionals, shaping experiences at events, venues and key customer moments while driving the wagering business forward.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver standout customer experiences across events and activations.
- Act as a visible brand ambassador at industry events, venues and sponsorship activations.
- Develop and evolve customer engagement strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Deliver outbound call campaigns to support product launches and business initiatives.
- Drive performance through clear goals, coaching and everyday leadership.
- Build strong relationships with sponsorship partners, venues and internal stakeholders.
- Champion responsible wagering and uphold brand standards in every interaction.
- Ensure compliance with national and state regulatory and legislative obligations.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading in‑field or frontline teams in a customer‑focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to represent a brand with confidence, warmth and professionalism.
- Strong commercial thinking with the ability to translate strategy into action.
- Background in wagering or a closely related industry is preferred.
- Ability to build trust quickly with diverse stakeholders and communities.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Willingness to work a 7‑day roster aligned with racing and sporting action.
