Commerce Media Lead

About the role

The Commerce Media Lead will drive product discoverability and conversion at digital retail points of purchase for a global FMCG leader. Reporting to the ANZ Executive Leadership Team, you will own the end‑to‑end commerce media strategy, combining paid and organic search with digital shelf optimisation across key retailer platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated SEO and SEM strategy to increase share of search and shelf.
• Manage high‑investment retailer media platforms such as Citrus Ads, Criteo, Amazon Ads and other retail media networks.
• Allocate budgets to maximise ROAS, incrementality and overall sales contribution.
• Lead test‑and‑learn programmes to unlock new performance opportunities.
• Provide advanced analytics and data visualisation to track rankings, conversion rates and media ROI.
• Translate insights into commercial recommendations for sales and senior leadership.
• Own the Skai retailer interface product, driving automation and optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading both technical SEO and retail media SEM initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience working across cross‑functional teams including marketing, supply chain, finance and R&D.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large media budgets and deliver measurable growth.
