Senior Litigation Lawyer – Construction & Strata Disputes

About the role

This senior litigation lawyer position focuses on high‑value construction and strata disputes. You will join an established disputes practice, working on complex matters within a collaborative, high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contractual disputes, defect claims, strata disputes and project‑related claims.
• Conduct general construction litigation, including drafting pleadings and court documents.
• Provide strategic advice and problem‑solving for commercially significant cases.
• Collaborate with senior partners and junior lawyers to deliver effective outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years post‑admission experience in litigation.
• Experience or exposure to construction and strata dispute matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
