About the role

Join a leading Australian Dispute Resolution team within a prestigious global law firm. You will work closely with up to four senior partners on high‑profile commercial and regulatory matters, both domestic and cross‑border.

Key responsibilities

• Assist partners in managing complex commercial litigation, class actions, and arbitration matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and client communications.
• Support the preparation and execution of regulatory and financial services disputes.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, and experts to advance case strategy.
• Participate in case strategy meetings and contribute to the development of litigation tactics.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of post‑admission experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated ability to interact confidently with clients.
• Clear written and oral communication skills.
• Motivation to progress to senior litigation responsibilities.
