Senior Consultant – Capital & Program Advisory

About the role

Deloitte’s Capital & Program Advisory team in Perth is seeking a Senior Consultant to help Australia’s leading asset‑intensive organisations improve capital productivity, transform operating models and deliver major programs. You will work at the intersection of strategy, analytics and delivery, turning complex problems into tangible business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, work‑plans and deliverables.
• Conduct data‑driven operational, financial and asset‑performance analysis to generate insights.
• Translate analysis into executive‑ready presentations, reports and decision material.
• Support or lead workstreams across strategy, transformation and operational‑improvement engagements.
• Design and deliver operating‑model, performance‑improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Engage with client stakeholders, building credibility through high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, economics, data and strategy.

Required profile

• 2‑7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation or operational‑improvement roles.
• Strong structured problem‑solving capability.
• Experience leading analysis and delivering insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams.
