About the role
Louis Vuitton is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to lead the client experience at its Sydney Airport boutique. In this senior retail position you will shape memorable journeys for high‑net‑worth customers while driving sales and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Elevate the client experience by exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador, inspiring passion for Louis Vuitton among clients and team members.
- Drive sales and profitability through strategic clienteling, exclusive appointments and operational excellence.
- Mentor and coach junior advisors, fostering a supportive, high‑performing team environment.
- Contribute to store strategy, KPIs and daily operational procedures.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in a high‑touch service or luxury retail environment.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for building relationships with VIP clients and delivering personalized service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage escalations professionally.
- Proactive, agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
