Key responsibilities

• Elevate the client experience by exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador, inspiring passion for Louis Vuitton among clients and team members.
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic clienteling, exclusive appointments and operational excellence.
• Mentor and coach junior advisors, fostering a supportive, high‑performing team environment.
• Contribute to store strategy, KPIs and daily operational procedures.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a high‑touch service or luxury retail environment.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Passion for building relationships with VIP clients and delivering personalized service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage escalations professionally.
• Proactive, agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
