Luxury Travel Consultant – Senior Role

About the role

As a Senior Luxury Travel Consultant you will manage a portfolio of premium clients, delivering bespoke international itineraries and high‑value bookings for first‑class flights, five‑star hotels, luxury cruises and exclusive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and book tailor‑made luxury leisure itineraries, including complex international flights, premium accommodation and unique experiences.
• Manage client enquiries via phone and email, converting them into high‑value bookings.
• Provide expert travel advice, personalised recommendations and handle reservations, changes and reissues with precision.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with discerning clients through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a high‑touch, collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in travel consulting, preferably in international or premium travel.
• Strong sales mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and attention‑to‑detail.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver solutions proactively.
• Full Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo.
• Experience managing complex itineraries and fare structures.
