About the role
Join a prestigious luxury boutique as a Seasonal Boutique Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every visit is memorable from entry to departure during the September‑March season.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients, manage flow, and provide wait‑time information.
- Assist sales associates with gift‑wrapping, personalization, and care services.
- Maintain a pristine boutique floor, including point‑of‑sale and back‑of‑house areas.
- Support opening and closing procedures as directed by management.
- Act as liaison between the Leader on Duty, sales, and hospitality teams to ensure seamless service.
Required profile
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, or service‑oriented environments.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced luxury setting.
- Detail‑oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
